中文摘要热壁加氢反应器是炼油、化工行业关键设备。通常在高温、高压、临氢条件 中文摘要 热壁加氢反应器是炼油、化工行业关键设备。通常在高温、高压、临氢条件 下工作，使用条件十分恶劣。热壁加氢反应器主体材料面临介质腐蚀、应力腐蚀、 氢腐蚀、氢脆，回火脆化和蠕变脆化等一系列问题，热壁加氢反应器随着使用年 限的增加，其危险性在逐年递增。因此，对在用加氢反应器的定期检验，制订正 确合理的检测技术方案具有十分重要的实际意义。 本课题在收集了国内外对在用热壁加氢反应器检验资料以及对热壁加氢反 应器的试验研究和经验总结的基础上，针对天津石化公司热壁加氢反应器的情 况，从加氢反应器的材料性能、结构特点、操作条件等几个方面进行了理论研究， 分析了加氢反应器设备在使用过程中容易出现的问题，结合相应的法律法规，编 制了一套完整合理的加氢反应器检测方案，并设计、加工了一套适用于公司的两 台从日本进口的加氢裂化反应器检测专用试块。该方案和检测试块对公司热壁加 氢反应器的现场检验中得到成功应用。在现场检验中发现了加氢反应器设备上多 处裂纹缺陷，并对这些裂纹缺陷进行了相应处理，排除了企业生产的安全隐患， 为生产装置的运行提供了保证，不仅经济效益显著，而且社会意义巨大。 关键词： 加氢反应器 检验方案应用 ABSTRACTHot ABSTRACT Hot wall hydrogenation reactor is key equipment in petrochemistry industry．It is used tO in．service under hi911 temperature＆pressure and on hydrogen．The working condition is very execrable．There are a series of problems which required to be solve for the main material of hydrogenation reactor,include medium corrosion,stress corrosion，hydrogen attack，hydrogen brittleness，damage due to tempering brittleness and damage due to creep brittleness．The fatalness increase with the service time added for hydrogenation reactor．So，it is very important to make proper inspection procedure and perform periodic inspection． The study task collects the information of hydrogenation reactor；include inspection information，testing information and experience summarization．Aim at the real case of Tiardin petrochemical company’S hydrogenation reactor,make academic study from characters of main material，and structure character and operation parameter．Find out the problem always arises in service and integrate the code， finished an integrate inspection procedure for hydrogenation reactor and design and manufacture a set of special calibration block for tWO reactors manufacture by Japan． The procedure applied to the site inspection for TianJin petrochemical company’S hydrogenation reactor,finds and repairs more than one crack during inspection．To get rid of也e hidden trouble and provide guarantee for safe，long—term， steady manufacture．It i
