PAGE 论文写作指导、各类文案代写作 QQ625880526 企业员工绩效考核制度研究 摘要:伴随着信息时代的到来,人力资源管理是企业管理的核心,效考评是人力资源管理的中心环节和有效的监控手段,它与目标管理、计划管理、过程控制有机结合,就能够促进企业提高工作效率,达成企业目标。对人力资源的争夺、新人才的培养、人力资源绩效考核,成为当今各类型企业和社会组织时刻关注的重心。绩效考核作为提高企业和员工绩效的重要工具显得越来越重要。绩效考核是晋升和培训工作的依据。通过定期考核,也可以使员工自己了解在哪些方面已有提高,在哪些方面还有不足。在现实中,许多企业的绩效考核都成了“走过场”,在考核的过程中没有规范做法,从而没有把绩效考核的作用发挥出来,甚至走向其对立面。因此,对我国企业的绩效考核工作进行分析、提出对策并设定科学的绩效考核体系不仅是可行的而且是必要的。本文的写作目的主要是探讨效绩考核在人力资源管理中的作用,首先对绩效 评估理论进行了简述,接着分析了效绩考核在企业管理中的重要作用,其次针对 企业目前效绩考核中存在的问题,出相应的措施及解决办法,最终达到了对理论 学以致用的目的。 关键词:人力资源管理,效绩考核,存在问题,对策 Enterprise performance appraisal system research Abstract: with the advent of the information age, the human resources management is the core of enterprise management, human resources management is the effective evaluation of the central link and means of control, it and target management, project management, process control organic union, can promote the enterprise to improve work efficiency, an enterprise target.
