柴油汽提塔T5203 摘要 柴油汽提塔T5203 型采用《钢制压力容器GB150-1998》和《钢制塔式容器JB/4710-2005》标准设计。抗震烈度为七级，设计采用浮阀塔盘。本设计内容包括说明部分和计算部分。 塔设备是石油，化工，轻工等各工业生产中重要的传质传热设备，如石油的分离，粗酒精的提纯等。本设计中说明部分主要包括塔设备的作用，分类，构造和发展，还有柴油汽提塔总体结构说明，设备所用材料及结构的选择，制造工艺说明，设备的检验，安装和运输。 计算部分主要包括材料选择，塔体壁厚计算，稳定性校核，开孔补强，加强圈设计等。稳定性校核包括质量载荷，地震载荷，风载荷的计算；塔体强度和轴向稳定性验算。水压试验校核；裙座与对接焊缝的验算。 柴油汽提塔属于压力容器，主要用于汽提出柴油中的轻组分，提高柴油闪点，同时把轻组分汽提到分馏塔中，提高汽油产率。此次设计着重结构设计与计算，通过计算与校核得到可行的数据，以这些数据作为尺寸依据从而绘制了装配图和零部件图。整个设计由翻译，说明书和图纸组成。 关键词：浮阀塔，设计计算，强度校核。 The Diesel Stripper Tower T5203 Abstract The diesel stripper tower T5203 is based on “GB150-1998 steel pressure vessels” and “JB/t4710-2005 Steel tower vessels”.
