II II Abstract Textile and clothing industry in China has a long history , we know China is the largest textile and clothing exporter in the world. Chinese foreign trade developed quickly after China entered into WTO, export of textile and clothing has increased quickly and the market share has improved year after year.,which attracted developed countries attention and they brought technical barries to trade by taking advantage of advanced technology and management so as to restrict our export, which weakened the advantage of Chinese labor-intensive textile Products in world market, and restrict the eport of textile and clothing.Thus , it is highly significant to analyze the impact of TBT on China’s textile and clothing export so that we can take countermeasures to knock down TBT actively. At first, this article analyzes the cause of TBT and put forward that it has the objective cause and subjective cause, and it explains the quantity impact and price impact on our textile and clothing export.Then, this paper analyzes the status quo of TBT to china’s export of textile and clothing by country and region combining with china’s actual conditions. Next, the article analyzes that TBT’s positive impact and negative impact on the export of textile and clothing, meanwhile, it advances that TBT can promote technical innovation and restrict export . Then the the paper analyzes the negative impact by means of qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method. Next, it put forward some countermeasures to deal with TBT.
