ABSTRACTRecent ABSTRACT Recent years。in order to promote the asSOCiation of capital， investment and innovation，some technological property right exchanges have been established in many domestiC megapolises．These exchanges have the main attributes of venture capital marketing．A1SO，a mature running meehanism of the exchange iS very important in the period of the transition capital market in our state． No heSitation．the constitution of technological project evaluation system had a pivotal effect on a successful technological property right exchange． Compare with generiC economiC organization， techn0109ical property right exchange has its special mode in the aspects of market organiZing and businesS actualization．The cartier of thiS study project iS a continuing evolving technological property right exchange that has its own unique researching value．At present，the study of technological property right exchange has concentrated on macrocosmic facets but 1ittle microcosmie way．ThiS Study aimed at the microcosmiC aspectS of technological property right exchange．On the other hand，the existing functional and managing evaluation iS carried our following the special requirement of consignor．However，this thesis iS for the sake of improving the running effiCiency and organizing function of a technological property right exchange．Therefore，in thiS thesiS，the author put forward a set of evaluation system which combined leading criteFion and estimation criterion． Through analyzing the special character and evolving course of the domestiC high—tech items，referring to overseas correlatire 1iteratures， and investigating the con]men ground of high—tech items evaluation systems both in venture capital and in the techn0109ical property right exchange， thiS these established a set of sensitive evaluation criterion system． Furthermore，through two examples’validating，the author consummated thiS system in order to discover the different investment opportunities in the different phases of hig
