硕十研究生论立： 硕十研究生论立： 家具企业产品设汁质量管理的研究 摘要 本课题从我固家具业的发展概况入手，深入分析了影响我同家具企业发展的 制约因素，指出产品质量将成为我国家具企业参与国际市场竞争的核心竞争力， 强化产品的质量管理也就成了家具企qk管理工作的蕈点。而设计又是影响家具产 品质量的决定因素，因此家具产品质量管理应从设计过程抓起。本文在设计管理 理论的指导下，通过对家具企业设计部门实际运作情况的调查，深入系统的研究 了家具企业丌展J“品设计质量管理的具体内容及其方法手段，强调应从加强家具 J。品设计全过程质量控制、构建家具设计标准化体系、更新设计思维方法、丌发 设计质量管理信息系统几个方而来提高家具产品设计质量水平。通过该课题的研 究，作者综合应用系统分析法，建立了家具企业产品设计质量管理的理论体系， 并用该理论指导具体的企业管理工作——香港兴利集团产品设计质量管理项目 的实施，进一步从实践上验证了理论的可行性，并针对实际操作过稃中出现的问 题提出了具体解决对策。这将为今后更多的家具企、Jk丌展产品质量管理‘T：作提供 借鉴经验，同时也丰富了没计管理理论及其方法体系。 【关键词】家具企业：质量管理：设计管理； 设计质量 硕士研究生论文 硕士研究生论文 家具企业产品设计质量管理的研究 Abstract The paper begins from the general station of the development of the Chinese furniture industry and analyzed the influence element of the development of the Chinese furniture enterprise，then pointed out that the key point for Chinese furniture enterprise to win in the competition is to improve the essential competitive ability of the furniture enterprises by providing high quality products。Thus，the product quality management became the key point of all the management of furniture enterprises。 Design decided the congenital quality of the product，it is necessary to enforce the qualitymanagementintheprocess offurniture productdesign。Underthe guide ofthe theory of design management，the author has systematically studied the specific content and ways of the management of furniture design quality by means of investigating the design department of furniture enterprise。The ways of the management of design quality include realizing the effective control of the whole design process，building the system ofthe furniture design standardizmion，improving the design method，establishing the information system of designing quality management system。Through these study,the author established the system of the theory about the design quality management of furniture enterprises on the basis of system analysis。Under the guide of this theory，taking ttinglee Group of Hongkong as example，the author has tested and verified the implement
