武汉理工大学硕士学位论文摘要 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 摘要 当今国际技术转移已经成为国际经济技术合作的主要内容，通过从世界 范围引进先进技术，充分里利用发达国家的技术成果，同时根据本国实际进 行创新，是发展中国家加速本国经济、科技进步和培育自身技术能力的一条 捷径。韩、日经济的飞速发展证明了这一点，通过技术引进，有利于缩短技 术开发周期，节约技术开发资金，降低使用技术的风险，加速了经济发展和 技术开发和创新能力。我国自改革开放后，引进技术项目增长很快，取得了 一定的成就，但是技术引进的总体效益不高。究其原因，缺乏～套行之有效 的技术引进机制。本文通过对技术引进环境、影响因素、技术引进的理论等 的分析研究，提出了技术引进有效机制和技术引进的有效模式．并建立了技 术引进的签熬埕俭原则和评价体系。 本文界定了技术引进的涵义，论述了技术引进的重要战略意义，分析了 技术引进的影响因素和技术引进的环境，阐述了技术引进的基本理论，并提 出了技术引进的有效机制及其模式选择，建立了技术引进创新绩效评价模 型，最后以武汉市为实证，分析了武汉市技术引进创逝现状与问题，提出了 武汉市技术引进创新的对策。 ／＼ r 、 关键词：技术引进，机理、{模式／6 、 7 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract At present, International technology transfer has become the main content of the international economy and technology cooperation．By introducing sophisticated technology from abroad，developing countries can accelerate their own technology improvement and cultivate their own technology capability．The fast economy development of Korea and Japan has proved these．By technology introduction,developing countries can shorten tecIlIlology exploitation cycle， and reduce the capital oftechnology exploration，and lower the risk ofutilizing new technology，and strengthen their technology competence．After 1978,the mount of technology introduction in our country increases rapidly．But practice demonstrate that mchnology introduction in our country docsn’t achieve ideal economic benefits．The le魑on is that ClIina lacks ofa set ofeffective technology introduction and innovation mechanism．After analyzing the influential factors， the environment and the theories of technology introduction，this thesis puts forward the effective mechanism and mode oftechnology introduction and build up a set ofevaluation system about technology introduction． The thesis gives the concept of technology introduction， explains the imoortance of the technology， analyses the environment and influential factor oftechnology introduction，introduce theories oftechnology introduction，raises the eriective mechanism of and the modes choosing of te
