硕I：论文 硕I：论文 家具随络化制造技术的研究 摘 要 网络技术的飞速发展和广泛应用，深刻地改变了人类的生产和生活方式，也 导致了家具制造企业运作模式的变化，大大拓展了家具企_p的制造和销售范围。 网络化制造是在网络经济下产生并得到广泛应用的先进制造理念，是基于网络技 术的先进制造模式，是在因特网和企业内外网环境下，企业组织和管理其生产经 营过程的理论和方法。 网络化制造覆盖了家具企业生产、经营的所有活动和产品生命周期的各个环 节，网络化制造技术可以用来支持丌展家具企业生产经营的所有活动。网络化制 造以快速响应市场需求为实施的主要目标之一，通过网络化制造突破了由丁地理 空问上的差距给家具企业生产经营和家具企业间协作造成的障碍，提高家具企业 的市场响应速度，进而提高家具企业的竞争能力。网络化制造强调家具企业问的 协作与社会范围内的资源共享，通过家具企业问的协作和资源共享，提高家具企 业或家具企业群体的产品创新能力和制造能力，实现家具产品设计制造的低成本 和高速度。 网络化制造系统具有丰富的内涵和多种形态，结合家具企业的具体情况和应 用需求，形成家具网络化制造应用系统。目前，网络化制造的研究与应用在我国 尚处于起步阶段，虽然已经有不少研究人员从不同角度开展了相关概念和技术的 研究，但是，有关网络化制造技术的许多关键技术问题还处于探索阶段。 本文深入浅出地介绍了家具网络化制造系统的体系结构，企业问联盟的运行 模式，关键技术及在网络化的基础上对家具企业生产活动中涉及到的软件共享， 硬件共享和相关的技术应用等问题。重点突出了ASP模式的运行及实施方法；基 于Web架构的协同设计．产品协同开发：家具网络化制造中软件共享，硬件资源 共享的实施模式和规范：详细介绍了家具零件在网络化CAD／CAM原型系统中的生 产实例。在综合探讨家具网络化制造理论的基础上，结合实际案例进行分析，使 理论和实践有机地结合在一起。 关键词：网络化制造；家具：共享；ASP模式 硕十论文 硕十论文 家具网络化制造技术的研究 ABSTRACT Development at full speed and using and changing human production and life style deeply extensively of the network technology,have the change of the operation mode of furniture manufacturing company too，has expanded the furniture manufactures of enterprises and sales range greatly．It is producing and used widely advanced manufacture idea under cybere-conomy to make networkedly,it is mode of advanced manufacture based network technology,it is under the environment of Internet and intemal and external network of enterprise，enterprises organize and manage its theory and method which produce and manage the conrse． Have made and covered furniture enterprise’S production networkedly,all activities managed and each link of cycle of products life，the networked manufacturing technology can be used for supporting activities of fumiture enterprise‘S production and management．Make and regard responding market demand of the main goals implemented fast as networkedly,through making and breaking through the obstacle because the disparity on the geographical space gives furniture enterprises production and mmmgement and furniture
