冠状动脉CTA检查护理体会 四川省南充中心医院影像科637000 摘要目的探讨冠状动脉CTA检查的护理方法。方法回顾总结183例冠 状动脉CTA检查前、检查中、检查后的护理方法。结果180例均完成了检查, 图像均能用于影像诊断,3例80岁以上的老人屏气不好，未完成检查，5例发生 轻度过敏反应，1例发生渗漏，利多卡因后肿胀消退，无皮肤坏死等并发症。结 论在冠状动脉CTA检查的全过程中，医护人员高度的责任心，过硬的操作技能, 良好的沟通技巧，患者的密切配合以及良好的认知能力是提高检查成功率，降低 了不良反应发生的重要保证。 【关键词】冠状动脉CTA护理 Abstract This paper aims to discuss the nursing method of coronary artery CTA examination, in which 183 cases of coronary artery CTA before examination, in the processing of examination, and after examination are reviewed and summarized.
