Abstract
The maintenance of Locomotive vehicle is an important component of railage, and the effect of maintenance wilI have a direct impact on railage safety and efficiency.
In recent years,railage has got the development advancing by leaps and bounds. The railroad has continued carrying speed several times,especially,to be the sixth greatly carrying speed,safety has been brought forward higher request to the locomotive operation.The locomotive examining and repairing is to ensure locomotive operation quality.In Chinese,locomotive examining and repairing system has been used to adopt preventing and periodic maintenance,is that”periodic inspection,proportion repair.This system is based on the locomotive running kilometers or the number of running days used to determine the repair process.The locomotive has passed through some distance,and then it will be repaired in some extent.To make the correct maintenance plan,the data acquisition and management oflocomofive nmning kilometers appears especially important fight away.
At present,in 0111country,the method of locomotive running kilometers data acquisition iS that after the locomotive arrives at the station,workers go to the locomotive to fetch them and then take them to technology department for analysis. With this method,large amount of basis information n∞ds people to collect.It increases the workload of people,and the efficiency is very low.It Can’t assnre that the locomotive running kilometers data iS to be sended in time and correctly.And that will bring di伍calty to the maintenance ofLocomotive vehicle.
To change this situation,this thesis has developped‘%vireless data acquisition system for locomotive running kilometers”.This system Can void the too many
human factors.And it Can realize that when the locmotive arrives at station,the data
of locomotive nmuing Hlometers will be collected and sended by wireless communication automatically,and then data management system Can ca
