AB AB STRACT The safety problem is a home truth topic，especially in the accidents frequently-occurring industry such as coal，construction．The safety problem is being concemed more and more，SO the safety research is being concemed more and more， too．Now,safety research in our country has achieved great achievement．But，to solve the safety problem,we must intensify the efforts in safety research． At present，safety investment research study the relation ship between input for safety and economic benefits of enterprises the most．In this paper,the safety investment is divided into five parts．At certain amount of safety investment，how tO divide the gross amounts to the five parts for the enterprise’S benefit achieve the best conformity,this called the best combination for safety investment．This paper’S research is based on ALARP(As Low As Reasonable Practicable)principle，contend for minimum，reasonable，feasible．When calculate the best combination，use the chaos optimization algorithm．Analyze a construction case in this paper,example analysis results show that the ALARP principle and chaos optimization algorithm is practical in the safety investment research．This safety problem research in this paper has very strong realistic meaning，Can use to guide the practical construction engineering’S safety investment allocation． Analysis of safety investment in this paper,change the most people’S view of the safety problem is caused by safety investment is toO little．In fact，most case are caused by improper use of safety investment，the safety fund must used in the availability part．111is paper’S research has very strong realistic meaning，enhance the benefit of enterprise by rational distribution of safety fund．Change the blindness measure in safety investment in the past，make safety investment more scientific． KEY WORDS：Construction Safety Management，Safety Investment， ALARP Principle， Chaos Optimization Algorithm 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的学位论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作和取得的 独创性声明 本人声明所呈交的学位论文是本人在导师指导下进
