余跃：国际知识产权保护对我国对外贸易的影响及对策研究 安徽工程大学机电学院毕业设计（论文） 12 - - - 13 - - - 国际知识产权保护对我国对外贸易影响及对策研究 摘 要 随着中国加入WTO和经济全球化的迅速发展，对外贸易步伐逐步加快，贸易摩擦也不断加剧，知识产权成为新时期贸易的核心。我国要实现贸易自由化，必须使知识产权不受侵犯。要使对外贸易实现稳定可持续发展，必须制定切实有效的知识产权战略。我国在知识产权保护中存在的不足直接导致我国在对外贸易中遭遇某些不公，为此，我们要加强知识产权保护，以促进我国对外贸易既快又好的发展。本文将着重分析国际贸易与知识产权保护两者的关系和我国当前知识产权保护现状，以及知识产权国际保护对我国对外贸易的影响，并提出加强知识产权保护的基本方略和具体举措。然而过高的知识产权保护妨碍经济增长和技术创新，所以正确而恰当的保护知识产权则对促进我国对外贸易的发展有着重大的作用。在查阅了大量文献的基础上，笔者认为只有采取树立了正确的企业知识产权战略，增强企业自主创新能力和加快知识产权人才培养和管理等措施才能更好地保护中国的国际知识产权。从而更好地为中国对外贸易领域所做出贡献。 关键词：知识产权；自由贸易；对外贸易；自主创新 Impacts on Chinese Foreign Trade and Countermeasures to It since International Protection for Knowledge Property Abstract property has become the new era of trade core. Our country should realize trade liberalization, must make the intellectual property rights are not violated. To make foreign trade to achieve sustainable development, must establish effective intellectual property strategy.
