成都纺织高等专科学校毕业设计 （论文）说明书 中文摘要 摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是隔板注塑模具设计，根据成型工艺要求，在原有塑料件的基础上 介绍了其注塑成型模具的结构，阐述了模具设计要点及工作过程。 首先要从塑料生产工艺上对所要设计的产品进行工艺的分析与计算，然后在分析计算的 基础上并参看相关的资料确定成型工艺方案，再在此基础上进入模具总装配图的结构设计。 且要对注塑模具的主要零部件的尺寸进行设计与计算，期间要参考大量与塑料成型相关的资 料和翻阅各种模具设计手册，并通过计算以确定模具的具体结构及尺寸，通过不断的计算与 修改，并在指导老师的悉心关怀和耐心指导下进行不间断的反复修改，最终独立完成这次毕 业设计。 在设计的过程中，选用标准模架，型芯在动模一侧，型腔在定模一侧，利于加工,便于 操作。根据题目设计的主要任务是隔板注塑模具设计，也是设计一幅注塑模具来生产塑件产 品，以实现自动化生产。针对塑件的具体的结构，该模具是侧浇口的单分型面注塑模具。 在此我特别感谢学校，学校各位老师给我的这次机会和悉心指导！ 【关键词】注塑模、浇注系统、型腔、型芯 成都纺织高等专科学校毕业设计 （论文）说明书 英文摘要 ABSTRACT The graduation project is the subject of partition injection mold design, molding process according to the requirements in the original plastic partsbased on the description of the injection moldingdie structure,describedtheprocessofmolddesign elementsandwork. First of all, there need craft of analysis and calculation, and then carry on the design of assembled structure on the analytical and calculating foundation.After that, go on the design of the concrete part structure. During the period there need consult a great deal of related data and manual books. According to the continuous calculation and modification at the guidance of the teacher,thedesign for graduation wasfinishedindependently. In order to have a convenient manufacture, low the cost and operate expediently, the design chooses standard mould bases,with Core at the side of movable mould,with Cavity at the side of stationary mould.According to the design of the main tasks of the subject partition injection mold design,but also design an injection moldtoproduceplasticpartsproductsto automateproduction.
