重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） B城市新开发区排水工程设计 学 生： 专 业：给排水科学与工程 重庆大学城市建设与环境工程学院 二O一五年六月 Graduation Design of Chongqing University Drainage Works of new development zone of City B Undergraduate: He Shuang Supervisor: Prof. Shao ZhiYu and Ms. Zhang Zhi Major: Science Engineering of Water Supply and Drainage Faculty of Urban Construction Environmental Engineering, Chongqing University June 2014 摘要 摘 要 根据设计任务书原始资料，对重庆市北部新区悦来生态城排水管网及污水处理厂进行设计。 重庆悦来生态城位于重庆主城区北部，两江新范围内，南北分别毗邻礼嘉国际商贸中心和重庆国际博览，与蔡家组团隔江相望，是两江新区的核心地带，毗邻重庆国际博览中心。悦来生态城规划总面积约950公顷。 悦来生态城排水工程包括排水管网工程和污水处理厂工程两部分。 排水管网部分，由于该片区属新开发城区，采用雨、污分流制。污水全部收集处理后排放，雨水就近排入水体。工业废水由工业企业自行处理达到《污水排入下水道水质标准》再排入城市下水道系统中送往污水厂统一处理。排水管网按远期人口规模10万人进行设计。 在该区域设置污水处理厂一座，厂址选在悦来生态城西南方向，其位于嘉陵江下游及下风向处。该污水处理厂近期规模为2万m3/d，远期规模3万m3/d，远期占地3.79 ha，按照近期建设，远期预留建设用地。进水水质根据实际检测与参照临近污水处理厂进水水质相结合确定，出水水质标准采用《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）中的一级标准A标准。经过技术经济比较，污水处理厂污水处理工艺采用奥贝尔氧化沟工艺，配合使用MBR深度处理工艺。 本工程采用生物脱氮除磷工艺，配合化学除磷。污泥处理采用机械浓缩、脱水，处理后的污泥外运至污泥处置中心集中处置。 关键词：城镇污水，排水管网，分流制，污水处理，一级A标， 奥贝尔氧化沟，污泥处置 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Based on the requirement and the fundamental design data of the Chongqing Yuelai eco-city in chongqing new north zone (CNNZ), drainage pipe and sewage treatment plants are designed. Chongqing Yuelai eco-city is located in the north of the city and in Liangjiang new range.with lijia international trade center and chongqing international expo located in it’s north and south respectively. It is the heartland of liangjiang new area. Yuelai eco-city covers a total area of about 950 hectares. The drainage project of the city consists of two parts, the drainage pipeline system and wastewater disposal. Drainage pipe network, due to the film belongs to a new city, the rainwater and sewage are using separate system. wastewater is discharged after collected and treated, while rainwater is discharged into nearby rivers. Industrial wastewater is treated by industrial enterprises themselves and then discharged into urban sewage again,finally sent to sewage plant. Drainage
