┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 长 春 大 学 毕业设计（论文）纸 孙成昌 长春市物流园区发展对策研究 [摘要] 当前物流业飞速发展，物流园区是物流发展到一定阶段的必然产物。各地己经掀起一股规划建设物流园区的热潮。长春市物流界也在积极规划建设物流园区，但是长春的物流园区规划还远没有达到一个真正物流园区的标准。目前，物流园区仍是长春物流业发展中的一大薄弱环节，适用于长春的物流园区规划理论的研究还很不成熟，物流园区规模优化以及物流园区与交通布局匹配的问题研究较少。从而导致出现了盲目建设物流园区，建成后又大量空置的现象。本文首先介绍了物流园区的概述及产生的背景依据，然后是长春物流园区的现状、发展中出现的问题及对策，从而为探讨长春物流园区的规划建设，发展现状及物流园区存在的主要问题分析奠定理论和实践基础，在此基础上提出了完善长春物流园区的相关建议。 [关键词] 物流园区 资源整合 SAAS模式 Research on Development of Changchun [Abstract] At present, the logistics industry develops rapidly. Logistics park is a certain stage of logistics development. Local governments also actively construct logistics parks. However, logistics park construction in Changchun can’t meet standard. At present, logistics park is still disadvantage in development of the logistics industry in Changchun. The theory applied in Changchun’s logistics park planning is still immature. In Changchun, it is blind to construct logistics park, there are a lot of problems at the same time. This paper first introduced logistic parks definition and the background, then illustrated Changchun logistics parks present situation, and pointed the problems in development, it proposed countermeasures so as to lay the foundation in exploring Changchun logistics parks construction planning, development situation and main problems of logistics park in the theoretical and practical basis. And based on this, the paper put forward suggestions of Changchun logistics park.
