Through theoretical analysis and experiences from some parts, it is shown that the maximum of family comprehensive income is the key to maximizing the family welfare. In the current constraints, the choice of staying home for the woman and working out for their husbands on the other side is the only alternative for maximizing the benefits for their family. It is recommended inthe article to seek a solution to the issue by promoting rural economic development, training women who stay home, planning the urban and rural labor markets.
