Three cases-420 Yaan earthquake represents significant social public opinion, charging in Phoenix town represents public opinion of critical incident, the event of Guo represents hotpots of public opinion are chosen. The paper summaries the spatial and temporal distribution of different micro-blogs pub- lic opinion in order to reveal geographical rules. The findings are as follow: 1)Based on the transfer amount and the published time of micro-blog, different public opinion have different spatial and temporal distribu- tion.
