中国农村金融问题研究论文 　　解决农村融资难题加快农村经济发展　　【摘要】农村融资困难，一直以来都是一个制约中国农村和农业健康发展的难题。现今情况下，农村经济发展速度明显加快，各种投资增长较快，对资金的需求量增加，但是，从资金供给角度来看，农村经济中直接融资和间接融资都存在很大障碍。资金供给增长不快，资金供需缺口较大等等这些难题严重地制约了农村经济的可持续健康发展。中国农村金融体系的健康发展是农村经济主体的正常金融需求，对于促进农村经济的可持续发展，促进农民收入的稳定增长，维护国民经济的有序平稳运转具有至关重要的作用。但是，在金融体系建设中，农村经济实体融资难已经成为制约农村经济发展的瓶颈。文章从融资需求的现状和特征，农村融资难的原因，以及其对经济发展的阻碍，解决农村融资问题的建议措施几个方面分析当前我国农村金融体系中存在的融资难的问题，以期解决当前中国农村融资现状之困局。　　【关键词】融资难；经济发展；资金需求；农村经济体系　　[Abstract]TheDifficultiesoffinancinginruralareashasalwaysbeenaconstraintonthehealthydevelopmentofChinasruralandagriculturalproblems.Now,ruraleconomicdevelopmenthassignificantlyaccelerated,avarietyofinvestmentgrewfaster,anddemandforfundsIncreased.ButFromthepointofmoneysupply,thereisabigobstacleintheruraleconomyaboutdirectandindirectfinancing.Difficultiessuchastheslowgrowthinmoneysupplyandthegapbetweensupplyanddemandoffundshaveseriouslyhampereddthesustainableandhealthydevelopmentoftheruraleconomy.ThehealthydevelopmentofChinasruralfinancialsystemisthenormalfinancialneedsoftheruraleconomythemain.Ithasacrucialroleforthepromotionofthesustainabledevelopmentofruraleconomy,thepromotionofthesteadygrowthoffarmersincome,andtomaintainorderlyandsmoothfunctioningofthenationaleconomy.But,inthefinancialsystem,thefinancingdifficultiesofruraleconomicentitieshavebecomeabottleneckrestrictingthedevelopmentoftheruraleconomy.Inthearticle,IanalyzetheproblemoffinancingofChinasruralfinancialsystem,andgiveafewsuggestionstosolvetheproblemofruralfinance.TheaimistosolvethecurrentstatusofChineseruralfinance.【Keywords】DifficultiesinfinancingTheconstructionofruralfinancialsystem　　EconomicdevelopmentCapitalrequirement　　目录　　1.背景???????????????????????????????????????2　　2．分析我国农村的融资现状???????????????????????????????3　　农村金融结构的转变及融资问题的产生　　农村资金供需不均衡，融资缺口不断扩大????????????????????????3　　融资渠道窄，资金来源少，融资形式单一，对信贷资金依赖性强??????????????3　　融资利率高，费用多，成本大，投资回报低，经济发展负担重???????????????33分析农村融资难的原因????????????????????????????????3　　农村金融体系不健全，服务水平低，金融机构信贷管理效率低，对中小企业和农户限制高???3　　金融生态环境不佳，制约银行信贷投放???
