货车空车直线区段脱轨研究-交通运输车辆专业论文.docxVIP

西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 一I- 摘要 f车辆脱轨是威胁铁路运输安全的重大隐患之一，空车或装载较少的货车在直线区段脱 轨，是提速以来全路面临的亟待解决课题。国内外对脱轨机理进行了大量的研究，我国目前 仍以脱轨系数、轮重减载率等指标进行分析和评判』本文以轮轨关系为基础。采用国内外对 脱轨研究的最新成果，结合铁路货车运用检修中存在的问题以及近几年车辆脱轨事故调查报 告和脱轨试验数据，对转8 A三大件式转向架货车在空车或装载较少情况下脱轨的可能性， 脱轨的机理及造成脱轨的主要因素进行了理性分析。全面阐述了转8 A型转向架动力学性 能，轮缘形状，运行速度，列车编组，轮轨接触表面状态，新旧钢轨，轨道不平顺等因素对 脱轨的影响。指出直线地段列车脱轨不是单一因素造成的，而是多种因素综合叠加的结果， 分析脱轨原因应从多角度、多方位进行。 涔文依据提速后铁道部组织的较有影响的两次脱轨试验，对造成空车直线脱轨的各方 面因素，以及车辆速度的提高和车辆动力学性能的变化加以对比分析，进一步指出车辆本身 的技术状态是造成脱轨的内在因素，列车编组，速度等外在因素的偶合导致车辆动力学性能 进一步恶化。 本文在研究空车直线脱轨的防范措施时，从事故调查、事故分析中容易忽视的问题入手， 指出在脱轨调查中，特别是空车直线脱轨，现场的调查内容、程序、检测的方式等至关重要。 最后本文给出了在现阶段防范货车空车直线脱轨，应从车辆设计制造、运用维修和线路以及 编组运行多个方面联合加以防范，为铁路车辆造修部门进一步制定防范脱轨措施提供了理论 依据和有益参考。寸一， 关键词： 货车三大件式转向架脱轨机理直线脱轨防范措施 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 一IJ． Abstraet Train derailment IS the main problem for the safe transportations of railways， derailment of empty or partly loaded freight cars on straight track is all urgent project needs to solved after the rising speed of railways．A lot of work has been done home and abroad for the study on derailment mechanism，but in China the derailment ratio and wheel load reduction rate are still used as the criteria for derailment analysis On the basis of wheel／railinteractions，using the new achievements on derailment studies home and abroad and incorporating with the problems existing in operation and maintenance of freight Cars and the investigation reports and test data of derailment recent years，the influence on derailment of the dynamic performance of bogie 8A，shape of flange， running speed，train formation，wheel／rail contact condition，new and worn rails，track irregularity,etc，are carefully discussed．It is pointed out that the train derailment on straight track is not the result caused by a single factor,but is the result caused by multiple factors．Thus the reason of the derailment should be analyzed in the viewpoint ofdifferent angles and directions． According to the two field tests for derailment organized by the Ministry of Railways
