本科毕业设计（论文） 题目： 多功能制茶机机械结构设计 院（系） 机电工程学院 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 080210 姓 名 陈 宏 学 号 080210101 导 师 张国峰 2012年 6 月 多功能制茶机机械结构设计 摘要 在各方面日益现代化的今天，，制茶机也应该在技术上不断改进，向多功能、自动化、机电一体化方向发展。既能满足茶叶制成的一系列过程，包括对茶叶的杀青、理条、压扁、成型等作业，而且机械结构简单、操作简单，容易维修和维护。 此制茶机以电动机为动力源来获得一个速度，然后通过一个二级减速装置获得合理的速度，再通过偏心轮、连杆使料仓可以来回运动。所以电动机的选取和二级减速装置的选取都是该设计的主要任务。最终经过计算分析分别选择单相异步电动机JY7134型和带传动形式。再设计一调速轮使其可以改变使料仓的速度并且可以在一定的幅度内调节。经过分析，确定调速轮安装在电动机输出端可以改变中心距来调速，料仓采用槽锅式。总的来说就是通过各控制系统可以使其在机体上进行可调速的来回运动，再加上料仓的功能来实现其对茶叶的杀青、理条、压扁、成型等作业。 本机械将单片机的体积小、功耗低、价格低、品种规格系列化、硬件具有广泛的通用性、有专门的开发系统等优点结合起来，对制茶机的炒制方法跟对炒锅温度的控制结合在一起，实现了自动化生产。 关键词：制茶机；单相异步电动机；带传动形式 The Mechanical Structure Design of Multifunctional Stir-fry Tea Machine Abstract In all aspects of the modernization of today, and tea also should make continuous improvement in technology, automation, electromechanical integration development direction.functional fry tea tea made a series of functional meet process, including for tea, wrap, crushed, molding, and simple structure, simple operation, easy maintenance and maintenance.
