It is a subject that is committed to achieve happiness, study excellent quality and potential of human. Advocating people treats others with more open and appreciating eyes, and pay more attention to the positive force. Not only it puts forward a new idea of educating people, But also it is a new ways of educating people. The emergence of the positive psychology provides a new idea for the ideological and political education of college students. To enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education is an urgent problem that must be heeded by ideological education workers. This thesis attempts to introduce the idea of positive psychology, as a forerunner to solve the bottleneck problem of ideological and political education, when face with difficulties of the ideological and political education on the effectiveness problem.
