西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 火电站 EPC 总承包管理模式成熟度研究 专 业：项目管理 硕 士 生：马 堑 指导教师：闫文周 教授 摘 要 EPC 总承包管理模式是目前国内外工程承包市场中采用较多的工程项目管理 模式，也是建设部门在国内大力推广的一种承发包模式。近年，国内 EPC 总承包 市场也逐步走向成熟，越来越多的专业设计院开始实施 EPC 总承包模式。企业如 何在项目管理过程中运用和把握好 EPC 总承包模式的运作和内涵，以及如何充分 发挥 EPC 总承包模式的优越性，从而优化项目管理成为一个重要的研究课题。本 文结合工程实践对火电站领域 EPC 总承包管理模式成熟度及优化提升策略进行了 较为深入的探讨。 本文以火电站 EPC 总承包企业为研究对象，通过对现有资料的收集整理，总 结了目前火电站 EPC 总承包管理模式运作状况及管理特征。在此基础上对火电站 EPC 总承包管理特征及现状进行分析，构建了三维的火电站 EPC 项目成熟度评价 体系，并运用证据理论对评价指标进行约简。根据构建的改进 OPM3 成熟度评价 模型，采用基于熵理论的未确知测度模型对火电站 EPC 总承包管理模式进行评估， 根据评估结果提出管理模式提升策略及机制。 总之，本文以火电站 EPC 总承包管理模式为出发点和落脚点，通过分析火电 站和 EPC 总承包基础理论和实例证明，EPC 总承包管理模式在火电站项目管理过 程中能展现很强的优势性，同时本文所研究的 EPC 总承包管理成熟度的评价模型 与提升机制为 EPC 模式在我国的快速发展提供了理论基础。 关键字：火电站；EPC 总承包；成熟度；提升策略 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 Research on Maturity of Power plant EPC Contract management Specialty: The project management Name: Ma Qian Instructor: Professor Yan Wenzhou ABSTRACT EPC contracting management model is widely used in the international engineering contracting market and is a actively respected project management model, but also a contract model that the construction sector in the country promoted .
