At the same time, the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce and they use all kinds of methods to get their profit, in this case, a lot of inequalities come to appear, especially in the process of bidding. The inequality of bidding has existed for a long time, it also has been studied many times at home and abroad and many achievements have been reached, but there are still many aspects that need to be consummated, according to the various inequalities in the bidding, this thesis is going to analyze the phenomena, reasons and the strategies to solve it from the tender, bidder, management systems, supervision and other aspects. There are many reasons for inequality, in order to be fair, just and open, we also need to pay more attention to the supervision and management of tendering and bidding. In addition, all market players should consciously regulate their own behavior, only in this way can the healthy bidding environment be established.
