Abstract:Crystallization temperature of mold pow der was measured by DTA . The effect s of R , Na CO content,

CaF2 content, Al2O content and M gO content on crystallization temperature w ere determ ined. Via nonlinear pro-
gramming, crystallizat ion characteristics of mold pow der could be optim ized and predicted accurately . Crystalliza-
tion temperature increased w ith increasing R , BI, Na CO content, CaF content, MgO content and decreasing
