摘要 摘要 I I 摘要 积极心理治疗与咨询是以塞里格曼倡导的积极心理学思想为理论指导的一 种心理治疗与咨询的理念，是积极心理学在心理治疗实践中的具体应用。它主要 是通过对积极力量和积极情绪进行研究，并鼓励当事人在日常生活中更多地使用 积极力量来达到治疗与咨询的目的。积极心理治疗与咨询刚刚起步，其理论和实 践都在发展中。理论包括理论基础、测量工具和策略，实践主要有塞里格曼的对 抑郁症的积极心理治疗和乔尔.王的以积极力量为中心疗法等。 积极心理治疗与咨询不同于传统心理治疗与咨询的病理性范式，它不再关注 当事人的弱点、问题和疾病而是关注他们的积极方面，关注“积极”是积极心理 治疗与咨询的最大特点。积极心理治疗与咨询扩展了传统心理治疗与咨询的内 涵，对心理治疗与咨询赋予了新的诠释。 文章从历史发展的角度，以积极心理学的理论为依据和背景，系统地梳理了 积极心理治疗与咨询的理论和实践，探讨总结了其独有特点，并且与传统心理治 疗进行了比较，最后对积极心理治疗与咨询进行了评价和展望，并提出了对我国 当代心理治疗与咨询的几点启示。 关键词：心理学史；积极心理学；积极心理治疗与咨询；积极力量 Abs Abstract II II Abstract Positive counseling and psychotherapy, represented by Seligman, is one notion of psychotherapy, a specific application of positive psychology in psychotherapy practice. It mainly studies the positive strength and positive emotion, encouraging clients to further use positive factors in daily life. Positive counseling and psychotherapy is in its infancy , its theory and practice are both in developing period. The theory includes rationales, measurable instruments and strategy researches, while the practice mainly includes Seligman’s positive psychotherapy (PPT) for depression and Joel Wong’s researches of strength-centered therapy(ST). Positive counseling and psychotherapy is different from traditional psychotherapy with a pathological paradigm. It does not focus its attention on weakness, problem and illness of clients but on their positive aspects ,which thus is the most prominent feature of positive counseling and psychotherapy. Positive counseling and psychotherapy enriches psychotherapy, and provides a new perspective for counseling and psychotherapy. From a historical view and based on positive psychology, this research systematically deals with theory and practice on positive counseling and psychotherapy, explores and summarizes its distinguished features, and carries out a comparison between positive counseling and psychotherapy with traditional psychotherapy. In the end, positive counseling and psychotherapy is evaluated and several enlightenment
