煤系COPNA树脂及其复合材料的制各和性能研究Preparation 煤系COPNA树脂及其复合材料的制各和性能研究 Preparation of Coal-based COPNA Resin and Its Composites Abstract COPNA resiIl is a new type of。themosetting resin with a 3一diIllensionalne铆ork stmctl】re，excellent heat resis伽ce，good self-1ubrication and s仃ong amn时for caurbon materials，in me field of precursor aS carbon material haS good application proSpect，has become a widely attention of a new t)，pe of material．People t巧to use a Varie够of organic compouIld preparation COPNA resin aS raw materials，including pure aromatic compounds， asphalt，coal tar，for reasons of large scale application and economy，mal【e use of t11e relatiVely low cost raw material，more practical significance． It has been shown that coal heaVy organic components are abundaIlt in aromatic stmcture with little or even no side chains．Moreover such components haVe the adVantage of smaU steric hindrance as weU aS abuIldallt raw material sources．T11erefore，heavy orgaJlic components of coal are expected to be excellent raw materials for prepauration of aDPNA resin．In“s paper，Coal hea、，)，o唱anic components haVe been characterized to inVestigate t11e composition． B-stage COPNA resin waS synthesized by using coal hea、7 o玛anic components aS raw materials with PXG as cross-1inking agent aIld sulfuric acid as catalyst． The reaction mechaIlism of B-stage COPNA resin is studied by the IR profile of the material before and aRer the reaction．TG analysis of C-stage COPNA resin is conducted under dif．ferent condition to optimize the cure condition of B-stage COPNA resin． Resin matrix composite is prepared with aDPNA resin as binder and petr01eum coke as ag铲egate．The compressiVe stren舀h and Volume densi哆of the composite has been studied to explore the molding process conditions． The results show that the B resin content of COPNA resin with heaVy organic components of coal as raw materialis 46％a11d the carbon yield of、Ⅳhich is more than 50％． The analysis of IR profile of pre-reaction a11d post-reaction shows the
