摘要自2014年以来，受国际和国内经济增速放缓的影响，加之环境保护的硬性约束，煤炭行业 摘要 自2014年以来，受国际和国内经济增速放缓的影响，加之环境保护的硬性约束，煤炭行业 正面临着前所未有的挑战和压力，煤炭市场需求乏力，煤价持续下跌，经营效益推进举步维艰。 在整个行业处于逆境的大形势下，降低成本、提高生产效率、提升企业核心竞争力事关煤炭企业 的生存与发展。为此，我们必须要转变观念，探索与实施精益化管理模式，向管理要效率、向管 理要效益。 本研究以精益思想为视角，以系统工程、工业工程、人因工程相关管理理论为指导，通过诊 断系统，分析了梅花井煤矿生产运营管理现状，提出了进一步提升方向。在分析和总结问题的基 础上，以既有问题为依据，结合既有经验和提升方向，构建了梅花井煤矿精益化管理模式和精益 管理体系，提出了精益化管理实施的保障措施。同时，对梅花井煤矿精益化管理阶段性工作和取 得的成效进行结构化梳理、系统化总结，也对梅花井煤矿下一步精益化管理提升指明了方向。本 研究对推动煤矿企业管理革新，提升企业竞争力，主动应对煤炭行业市场危机，实现矿井降本增 效、高效运转具有重要意义。 关键词：精益化管理，煤矿，降本增效 万方数据 AbstractBy Abstract By influence of the slowdown in national and intemational economic growth and hard constraints for environmental protection，the coal industry have been faced the unprecedented huge challenge and pressure since 2014。Now the demand of coal market is low,the price of coal continues to fall and the operating profit is struggling hard． In this situation，to lower costs，improve production efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of enterprise the colliery’S survival and development．Thus，we must convert the old concepts， explore and carry out the mode of Lean Management，procure efficiency from management，get benefit from management． This paper analyses the situation of the production and operation management of MeiHuaJing colliery,makes some directional suggestions according to the lean thinking，the system engineering，the industrial engineering，the human factors engineering，etc．On this basis，it is buiit the mode of Lean Management and the system of Lean Management and it proposes measures of implementation plan of Lean Management by the current problems，experience and direction of improvement。Meanwhile it teases apart and summarizes the first period work of Lean Management in this colliery,also points out the direction what to do next。The significance obviously is there for both upgrading the competitiveness of enterprise and realizing how to reduce COSTS and increase benefits． Key Words：lean management，colliery,reducing costs and increasing benefit
