分类号U 分类号 U D C 密级 公 开 署哦 诤产篝 硕士研究生学位论文 罗尔斯与哈贝马斯理性观念比较研究 申请人：马治文 学 号：2120037 培养单位：哲学学院 学科专业：外国哲学 研究方向：当代西方哲学 指导教师：王晓东教授 完成日期-2015年1月20日 万方数据 中一 中一 嗍一 中文摘要 罗尔斯与哈贝马斯作为当代最重要的两位政治哲学家，他们的理论被学术界 进行了长期而广泛的研究，对于政治哲学理论的发展具有深远的影响。在罗尔斯 与哈贝马斯之间曾有过一场理论上的探讨和争论，这场争论既显示出二者对民主、 正义以及合法性等诸多问题看法上的差异，又使他们各自理论的内在矛盾暴露出 来。归根结底，罗尔斯与哈贝马斯的哲学理论都继承了西方理性主义的深厚传统， 二者在理论上的差异也可以归结为二者对于理性观念理解的差异。罗尔斯希望将 他使用的理性观念限定在政治领域的范围内，其理性观念指向的是他的正义观； 哈贝马斯的理性观念即交往理性的观念是用严格的程序来保证交往的行为活动的 进行和交往活动结果的合法性。本文认为，尽管罗尔斯与哈贝马斯的政治哲学理 论并不相同，但是二者使用的理性观念却有许多相同之处，对罗尔斯与哈贝马斯 理性观念的比较研究可以使我们更好地反思和理解弧位哲学家的政治哲学思想。 关键词：理性；合理性；罗尔斯；哈贝马斯 万方数据 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文Abstract 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Long-term and extensive researches given by the academia to the theories of Rawls and Habermas；both of whom are the most important contemporary pol itical philosophers，have exerted a far-reaching influence on the development of political and philosophical theories．A discussion as well as an argument about theories between Rawls and Habermas once took place and not only viewpoint differences towards many problems such as democracy，justice and legality etc．but also the inherent contradictions of their respective theories were exposed by the latter one．All in all，both theories of Rawls and Habermas have inherited the long traditions of western rationalism，and their theoretical differences can also be concluded as their understanding differences of reasonable concepts．Rawls wishes that the reasonable concept he uses are limited to the political domains and point to his justice view as well while the reasonable concept of Habermas．which are namely communicative reason， mean that the process of communicative behavioral activities as well as the legality of consequences of communicative activities is to be guaranteed by using strict procedures． As far as this article concems，although the understandings of Rawls and Habermas are different，there are still many similarities between the reasonable concept they rise。 What’S more，the comparison and study of the reasonable c
