PAGE 66 精品文档 知识共享 摘要 根据任务书要求，本次设计任务处理量为120万吨/年的黄沙坪铅锌选矿厂，产品为铅精矿、锌精矿。 设计首先进行了选址工作——黄沙坪铅锌矿厂，详细介绍了黄沙坪选矿厂的基本情况和矿石的性质，确定了车间工作制度，进行了流程选择计与论证。最终确定采用三段一闭路破碎流程，磨矿采用一段闭路流程，选别采用部分等可浮浮选流程，精矿采用二段脱水流程。接着对破碎、筛分、磨矿、分级、选别、浓缩和过滤等作业进行流程计算和设备选择与计算，并对其设备选择进行方案比较。根据选矿厂的地形条件，厂房总体布置采用阶梯式配置，粗碎和中细碎厂房分厂房配置，检查筛分厂房独立配置，磨矿与浮选车间共厂房配置，浓缩与过滤车间分开配置，浓缩采用露天配置。 本设计绘制了破碎、筛分、磨浮、脱水车间平断面图；设备联系图；数质量矿浆流程图共9张，皆由计算机AutoCAD绘制的。 关键词：选矿厂设计;铅锌矿;部分等可浮流程 精品文档 知识共享 Abstract By following the assignment，my work is to design an 1.2mt/year lead-zinc concentrators with lead concentrate and zinc concentrate as it’s products. Firstly,I choose the address of the concentrators and then introduce the basic condition of Huang Sha Ping lead-zinc concentrators and the properties of ore.I choose and demonstrate the process after confirming the workshop’s system.So, the process of crushing is three sections with one closed circuit;the grinding take the one section closed process.Ore dressing takes process of partly selective flotation in the lead-zinc separation.Dewatering takes two sections circuit with concentrate and filter.The crushing,screening,grinding,classification,ore dressing, concentration and filter are calculated.Comparing to several different programs,the mineral processing equipments are confirmed lastly.According to the topography of Huang Sha Ping,workshops are arranged step by step.Rough crushing is arranged in a unique workshop separated form the mid and fine crushing.Checking screening workshop is unique too.Grinding and separation are arranged in the same workshop.Concentration and filter are separated in different workshop and the concentration workshop is arranged in out the door. There are nine design drawings contained in my work include the tabulate and sectional drawings of crushing,grinding,dewatering;the connection of equipment etc.They are drew by computer with Auto CAD.
