By means of preparing the construction drawing budget documents,the paper explored and studied the problems and solutions in the process of preparing the construction drawing budget documents. From the overall design to the specific links of design ideas, this paper detailly introduced the research process and train of thought step-by-step, then made analysis and discussion that the computerization is the prospective development direction of project cost. From the practical experience that there is some difference between project budget and actual cost .
