考虑多车型排放特性的城市于道协调控制Coordinated 考虑多车型排放特性的城市于道协调控制 Coordinated Control of Urban Arterials Considering Emission Characteristics of Multiple Vehicle Types Abstract In recent years,with the massive increase in vehicle ownership,emissions from vehicular traffic has become a major source of air pollution in metropolitan areas.Moreover, traffic signals at intersection can interrupt traffic flow and create deceleration,acceleration and idle driving modes,vehicles in these driving modes produce more traffic emissions. These traffic pollutants has brought great negative effects on health and living conditions. nlerefore,while decision.makers in urban traffic signal control are considering traffic congestion,also consider仃affic emissions.For the above reasons,the paper formulate a coordinated control of urban arterials considering vehicle emission charactensties. At first,the Paper formulate a multi—vehicle eell transmission model,owe to the heterogeneous mobility of vehicles.Ⅲs model Can describe traffic dynamics,and capture the impact of time—dependent tramC characteristics on emissions.Based on the model.a coordinated control modeliS formulated to minimize the total traffic delay,and optimize the cycle length,green splits,offsets and phase sequences;In addition,we use the traffic data from the cell transmission model to judge the vehicle driving models,and formulate a multi-vehicle emission model using the average emission rate.Following,we formulate a bi—objective optimization model to determine timing plans for coordinated traffic signals along arterials to minimize the total仃赫C delay and the total traftic emissions.At 1ast.the two optimal objective are converted into proper dimensionless indexes.and it is solved via a simulation-based genetic algorithm.A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the model and the algorithm.
