ABSTRACT: The extraction methods of saccharides from plants were developed from solid-liquid extraction
toultrasonic extraction and microwave assisted extraction, and achieved the results of sample and solvent con-
sumption, high speed and environment friendly. The solid phase extraction was adopted into purification process,
and its packings have being modified
