华 华 中 科 技 大 学 博 士 学 位 论 文 II万方数据 II 万方数据 核心集聚区位置都比较接近，三者的中心趋势和方向趋势也趋于一致，特别是高 新技术企业和高校，两者的平均中心几乎重合；二是高新技术企业在高校和科研 机构周边集聚能产生创新的集聚效应。创新主体的空间集聚与耦合为科技创新型 城市构建内部科研合作网络奠定了基础。 （3）科技创新型城市内部科研合作网络优势与缺陷并存。科技创新型城市 内部存在规模庞大的科研合作网络，网络整体密度值偏低，企业的合作关系具有 “脆弱性”；合作领域集中在自然科学，社会科学的合作较少，具有相同学科或 行业优势的机构合作紧密；网络是多核心结构，核心机构以研究型大学、科研机 构和大型企业为主，处于边缘位置的大多是中小企业、职业院校以及边缘学科的 科研机构；网络具有小世界特征，实力越强的机构越居于中介位置；网络内部划 分为各具特色的若干子群，子群内部与子群之间均有不同程度的合作联系，但是 负责沟通子群的“中间人”比较欠缺；网络中存在一些响应城市产业特色和学科 优势的合作子网，子网中最重要的核心节点都是特定的几所高校或在相应领域实 力强大的少数企业和科研机构，大部分企业处于子网外围；网络整体具有一定的 稳健性，但撤掉关键节点后网络会形成中空现象，还会出现以企业为主的大量的 孤立点和孤伶点，网络崩溃的风险大。创新主体的创新绩效与其所在的网络位置 密切相关。 根据研究结果，必须注重科技创新型城市内部创新主体科研合作绩效问题， 利用创新主体空间集聚与耦合特性构建内部科研合作网络，加强现行科研合作网 络的优势，同时针对网络中存在的缺陷采取相应的措施，引导和优化科研合作网 络，使创新主体依托完善的科研合作网络提高创新绩效，推动科技创新型城市建 设。主要措施包括支持核心主体，引导合作方向；培育中介机构，搭建合作平台； 完善服务体系，营造合作氛围。 关键词：科技创新型城市 科研合作 创新绩效 网络结构 空间耦合 PAGE IV万方数据 PAGE IV 万方数据 Abstract China is in the period of socio-economic transition and rapid urbanization. In order to achieve sustainable socio-economic development and enhance international competitiveness, China has proposed the strategy of creating innovative country. Innovative city is an important carrier to implement innovative strategies, especially technological innovation-oriented city that takes technological innovation as the core driving force for city development. The construction of technological innovation-oriented city depends on the research activities of the internal main innovation actors. With the complication of innovation activities, increasing in research costs and shorter life-cycle of technology, open collaborative innovation has become the main form of innovation activities. Therefore, it is important to study on the performance and network of research collaboration in technological innovation-oriented city.
