TH70 1 2 1 1 1 1 1 1* Yan Yijian ,Qiu Jing ,Hou Yanbing ,Liu Jun ,Xu Xiang ,Hu Zhong’e ,Zhang Wei ,Ma Jun 1 2 ( Wuhan Syscan Technology Co.Ltd,Wuhan(430040); IQSTAP CAAS,Beijing,(100081)) Abstract By combination of the ion mobility tube and a direct sampling introduction device,an ion mobility spectrometer (IMS) is setup.In positive mode,the spectra of standard samples of Clenbuterol hydrochloride,Ractopamine ,Salbutamol,Terbutaline were measured and the correspondent reduced mobility were labeled.Through parallel validation measurement by LC/MS/MS,it is shown that IMS can be an effective and fast device to test the β-agonist by direct sample introduction of animal hair,urine,and animal food.
