东北大学倾士学位论文 东北大学倾士学位论文 摘鉴 摘 要 铁矿石是钢铁生产最基本的原料之一。铁矿石成本占吨铁成本的50％，可见其 对钢铁企业经济效益的显著影响。我国是铁矿石资源丰富的国家之一，也是铁矿石 生产大国，但由于贫矿多、伴、共生矿多，以及过量的地下开采，使国产铁矿石质 量差，成本高，不能大量使用。另一方面，由于我国钢铁产量增长迅猛，铁矿石需 求大，每年需进口大量铁矿石。2002年进口铁矿石多达1．115亿吨。梅钢虽有自己 的矿山，但所产梅山精矿粒度细、杂质多、烧损高，不能多用。目前每年需进口约 200万吨铁矿石。根据梅钢发展规划，近几年进口矿将大幅增长，最多可达每年 600～700万吨。 进口矿到厂价由FOB价(Free onBoard)、海运费和国内港航费组成，一般情况 下运费占到厂价的30--44％，目前已达到50％。而FOB价梅钢无法左右，因此，通 过物流优化降低费用显得尤为重要。本文在研究分析国内外铁矿资源、运输情况和 港口条件的基础上，结合梅钢目前物流形式、生产对进121矿数量、质量的要求，根 据运筹学中的动态规划原理，采用Visual Basic语言设计编程，建立了梅钢外购铁矿 石运输成本计算及优化数学模型。 梅钢外购铁矿运输成本计算及优化数学模型实现了： 1、以现有港航费用为条件。优化得到单船进口矿最佳的物流模式； 2、综合考虑大、小船形及其所受港121限制条件，优化得出一定条件下大小船型 的最佳选择； 3、“一船多卸”方式下的动态规划； 4、以现有港航费用为条件，优化得到同一船进口矿在不同港I；3的最佳卸载量。 软件准备了厂内运输、烧结矿单位制造成本、生铁单位制造成本的优化界面， 以便进一步扩展应用。 关键词：进口矿物流优化数学模型动态规化 东北大学倾士学位论文 东北大学倾士学位论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Iron ore is one of the most important raw materials，whose cost accounts for 50％in the cost of hot metal．It shows its significant influence on economic performance of enterprise．We are one of the countries which are rich in natural resources of iron ore as well as production，however，domestic iron ore cannot be used in large scale with inferior quality and high cost owing to much lean，accompanying and paragntic mineral and excessive underground exploitation．On the other hand，with even greatly increasing yield， the demand for iron ore tends to grow．We have to imporc a great deal iron ore every year．For example，about 1 1 1．5 million iron ore was imposed in 2002．Mei Steel has its own mine，but it has to import 2 million ton because its preparation concentrate characterize as small grain size，high impurity，high burning loss and cannot be greatly used，According to development planning，the imported iron ore will have a violent increase in recent years．The demanded ore may amount to from 6 to 7 million ton every year． The total freight of imported ore includes FOB，ocean freight and domestic harbor freig
