摘要随着我国高等教育由精英式教育向大众化教育的快速转变，高校 摘要 随着我国高等教育由精英式教育向大众化教育的快速转变，高校 美术类专业的内部结构、培养目标、教学体系都将发生深刻的变化。 而以为高校美术类专业招生选才为第一要务的美术高考，势必面临新 的挑战和使命，对美术高考现有机制的改革也因此被提到了议事日 程。 本文尝试在系统论、控制论的原理和方法指导下，借助考试学、 教育学、美术学、社会学等相关理论工具，运用文献参阅、问卷调查、 实地考察、个案问访、资料统计与比较等研究方法，深入、全面地剖 析了美术高考的发展历程、现状形势及其制度实施，并力图揭示现象 背后的深刻原因和本质规律，从而提出合理可行的改革意见。 文章主体分为五部分。第一部分“美术高考概说”，对“美术高 考”进行释义的同时探讨了美术高考的发展历程。第二部分“也谈‘美 术高考热一，在俯瞰全国美术高考现状的基础上，将其放到“考生一 高校一社会”这样一个大的结构系统中加以探究“美术高考热”背后 的成因，从而指出对待“美术高考热”的应持态度与解决措施。第三 部分“专业考试实施中若干热点问题的探讨”，着力探讨了美术专业 考试实施过程中如考试组织形式、考试内容、阅卷评分、考风考纪等 社会大众最为关注、方家学人争议最多的几个热点问题，并逐一提出 具体改革措施。第四部分“美术高考培训”，因美术高考培训作为高 校美术类专业教育的“预科”阶段，直接关系到美术高考目的的实现 和高校美术类专业教育的发展，因而单列为一部分，在探讨美术高考 培训的现状后，提出了对美术高考培训的思考。第五部分“美术高考 改革”，将笔者对美术高考改革的意见作了一归纳汇总，并提出美术 高考改革的原则。 关键词：美术高考招生录取改革高校美术类专业培切 Abstract、Ⅳith Abstract 、Ⅳith the fast transformation from elite—orientation to public-orientation in higher learning，great changes take place in the internal structures，cultivation objects and the education systems of the Fine Art Major in higher learning education．The Fine Art Major,aiming at the selection of excellent students，also faces new challenges and missions．Thus，the reform for the present Fine Art College Entrance Test System has been called into agenda． This article attempts to make comprehensive analysis for the history, present situation and its implementation of system of Fine Art College Entrance Test．to state the deep reasons behind the phenomenon and underlying rules，and to provide appropriate reform suggestions under the guidance and principles from the theory of system and manipulation with the help of study of examination，pedagogy,study for the Fine art and sociology by the research methods of consulting reference books，doing survey,reviewing，interviewing individuals，doing statistics for the materials and comparing． This article is divided into five parts．The first part is a summary where“College Entrance Test for Fine Art Major’’is defined and the development of it is researched．The second part deals with the“rush f
