大连理工大学硕士学位论文摘 大连理工大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 创新体系研究是近年来研究的热点。随着全球一体化和国际边界的消失，区域成为 了真正意义上的经济利益体，区域创新体系的研究也成为了新的热点。美国作为世界上 最大的经济体，其区域创新体系构建有许多鲜明的特点和值得借鉴的经验。但是国内对 于美国区域创新体系研究多集中在部分地区，尚缺乏系统和全面的研究。 在本文中，笔者首先为区域创新体系做相应的定义作为之后研究的理论框架。在此 框架内对构成一个理想的区域创新体系的相关要素模型进行论述，为评价区域创新体系 提供标准。在此基础上，结合美国区域创新体系自身的特点，对美国区域创新体系进行 分析。 在分析中，笔者首先对美国区域创新体系的现状进行了分析。具体包括其特点分析 和根据区域创新体系的构架分析各个主体，即政府、大学、企业、中介机构等以及它们 之间的联系与合作。之后，笔者根据与创新相关的各投入指标(如科研经费、科研人员)、 产出指标(如专利和科学出版物)进行分析。通过对美国整体数据的分析，讨论了美国 区域创新体系发展的三个阶段的不同特点，确定了其演化路径；同时通过对各州数据的 分析和使用，研究了其区域创新体系发展中的结构和布局调整。在定量分析和定性分析 的基础上，提出了美国区域创新体系发展的演化规律和演化趋势。 最后，根据以上分析的结论，结合我国区域创新体系的现状，分析了我国区域创新 体系目前存在的问题，并参考美国区域创新体系发展的经验和优点提出了提高我国区域 创新体系创新能力和效率的对策和意见。 关键词：美国区域创新体系、演化路径、演化规律 赵伟：美国区域创新体系研究Study 赵伟：美国区域创新体系研究 Study on Regional Innovation Systems of American Abstract Innovation systems had been one of the hottest researching fields recently．Along with the process of甜obalization and the vanishing of international boundaries，region becomes the real entity of economic benefit and regional innovation system attracts more and more attention now．Regional innovation systems(RIS)of USA，which is the biggest economy entity in the world，provide US with some valuable experiences and characteristies．However, most researches of domestic researchers focus on some specific areas rather than carry out a systematic and complete study oⅡthe whole． In the beginning of this paper,the author brings forward the definition of RIS as the theoretic framework for further study．The author then discusses the main elements of RIS iU the framework and provided a criterion for judgi鸲the efficiency of a RIS．On the basis of the framework and criterion，the author analyzes re西onal innovation systems of USA according to the characteristies of them． The current situation of IUS of USA is tIle first problem the author analyzed．TlliS includes the characteristics and the main-elements of RIS of USA as wcll as the eooperation and relationship between these elements．After that,the author USeS the input and output d
