The scientific construction of student managerial system is inevitabe choice to solve the current potency question for privite middle sch001.because of the influence of subjective and objective factor,such as traditional ideas restraint,the higher consuuler request,the lower student source quality,the student management presents the enclosed type,strictly,harsh and so on the extreme management characteristics. The education for all-around development idea expedited the new student
management resources,provided the turning point to solve the question.But the new student management resources have to pass through the effective extraction,the conformity,the solidification,to construct and to produce feasibility,determinism, anticipated,scientific student control system.
