面向模具企业的生产主计划管理研究-材料加工工程专业毕业论文.docx

华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I 摘 要 对于模具企业的生产而言，主计划管理贯穿生产始终。但是，由于模具企业的订 单的随机性、生产过程的经验依赖性等不确定因素，使得模具企业的生产过程动态多变， 主计划在模具生产过程中需不断的变更修订。一旦主计划管理出现问题，模具开发项目 的执行就难以得到有效的控制。目前，模具企业仍然采用传统的人工管理模式，主计 划管理随意，导致主计划无法起到实际的指导作用。要解决这些问题，借助于信息化 技术，实现企业主计划的信息化管理是有效的手段。 本文在分析模具企业生产主计划制定的基本流程基础上，针对目前主计划管理存 在的问题，给出了全面的信息化解决方案。通过对实际主计划流程的分析优化，总结 了主计划管理的主要核心内容，然后采用 UML 方法对模具企业主计划管理子系统进 行了需求分析。在此基础上，针对主计划管理复杂多变、细节繁冗，企业个性化要求 复杂多变的特性，提出了主计划内容动态可配置的方法，从而增强了主计划管理子系 统的灵活性和通用性。然后，将其与 MS PROJECT 的计划制定功能集成在一起，实 现了主计划的灵活制定。为了能指导模具的实际生产，将生产现场实际生产数据与主 计划日程数据集成在一起，从而能监控主计划的执行情况，为控制模具的生产进度奠 定了基础。另外，为了评价模具生产主计划的执行情况，为决策提供支持，还进一步 研究了并行工程技术，增强了主计划管理的有效性。 根据以上研究成果，作者使用 J2EE 平台中的多种技术，开发了基于 Web 的模具 企业生产主计划子系统，并作为 eMan 模具生产管理系统的一部分，成功地在一汽模 具等企业中获得应用。结果表明，该子系统显著提高了企业主计划管理的力度，加强 了模具生产过程中宏观的进度监控，使企业的生产管理上升到了一个新的高度。 关键词：模具生产管理; 信息化; 主计划; eMan II II Abstract To the mould manufacturing, it is leaded by the master production schedule (MPS). Even though MPS is almost perfect, however, the production procedure is dynamic and changeable. The MPS is often changed time to time during the mould producing. If there is something wrong with the MPS, the production is hard to be controlled and the delivery time will be delayed.
