盲人手机界面的交互设计和评估摘要 盲人手机界面的交互设计和评估 摘要 人机交互(HCI)领域经过了20多年的发展，随着新技术的不断出现，尤 其是互联网、移动通信、无处不在计算技术等的普及，已扩展成为--f7新兴学科 ——交互设计(interaction design)。交互设计是指设计支持人们日常工作与生 活的交互式产品。交互设计是一种设计规程，包含了一些很好的和实践指南和方 法。交互设计是一个跨学科的领域，包含了软件工程、人工智能、人类工效学、 计算机语言、认知工效学和社会心理学等等学科。交互设计涉及的应用领域非常 广泛，包括了工业设计、人机交互设计，甚至其自身也成为_个重要的商业领域， 网站咨询，新生公司和移动计算行业都已意识到交互设计在成功的交互式产品中 起着关键作用。 近年来国际上兴起了利用非语音声音表示数据的听觉显示技术研究，使人机交互 过程更加自然。盲人手机界面应用听觉显示技术，为盲人用户而设计，也适合在 特殊场合下的正常人使用。本文介绍从交互设计的角度，运用听觉显示技术，设 计和评估盲人手机界面的过程：首先进行用户需求分析，针对输入和输出分别提 出了两种方式，并使用vc++建立了原型；然后使用原型对输入方式和输出方 式进行了评估和比较，根据评估的反馈和总结意见改进了原型；最后进行第二次 评估，并给出总结改进意见。 关键词：交互设计，以用户为中心的设计，原型，评估，迭代，耳标，听标 Interaction Interaction Design and Evaluation of Blind Mobile Phone Abstract The field of HCI(humau computer interaction)has developed for about 20 years， and with the continuous emergence of new technologies,it has expanded to be a rising subject，interaction design．Interaction design means the design of interactive product that support our life and work．Interaction design is a creteria of designing, including many good guidelines and mothods for practice．Interaction design is a interdiscipline concerned with soft engineering,artificial intelligence,ergonomics， computer languages，cognitive science，social psychology,etc．Interaction design has been applied to a very broad area,including industry design，human-computer interaction design,and itself has been a important busness．Network consultant，rising companies,and the mobile computing industry have come to realize that it is interaction design that take the key role in the SUCOeSS of a new interactive product． Recently,the auditory display technology is rising which use the non—speech sound to express data，and will make the human-comluter interaction more natural． The blind mobile phone is designed for the blind peolpe，and also can he used by sighted people in some special occasion,with the autitory display l尉：hnology．The article introduce the process of design and evaluation of the blind mobile phone with the interaction
