西北工业大学MBA论文摘要 西北工业大学MBA论文 摘要 家具是与人类生活息息相关、密不可分的。伴随着社会的进步、科技的发展和人 类生活水平的提高,人们对家具产品的需求也逐步提高,特别是对家具产品的原料、 品种、价格以及质量等方面的要求也日益多样化。家具产品的设计、制造、销售和服 务也伴随着家具需求的发展而逐渐发展、壮大,与此同时,家具生产企业的竞争也越 来越激烈。 本文以深圳市科曼多家具有限公司为研究对象,以企业的竞争战略为研究领域, 首先对我国家具行业的整体发展、市场需求进行了分析和预测,接着对科曼多家具有 限公司的现状进行了阐述和探讨,然后建立了企业综合竞争力的评价指标体系,对科 曼多家具有限公司的竞争实力现状进行了量化分析,并与同行业的主要对手进行了比 较,最终为企业制定差异化竞争战略的选择方向和具体的实施方案奠定基础。通过本 文的研究分析,希望能够帮助有关部门和企业制定、实施和选择科学的竞争战略,为 提高我国家具企业的竞争力,以促进企业乃至整体行业快速、持续、健康的发展。 本文运用层次分析法和模糊评价等评价工具,综合科曼多家具有限公司竞争环境 分析,在竞争战略理论思想的指导下,进行了定量和定性分析,并制定了企业选择差 异化竞争战略的具体实施方案。希望这种分析方法和本文提出的具体对策能够对业内 相关企业提供积极借鉴价值。 【关键词】:竞争战略;家具公司:层次分析;模糊评价 西北1。:业大学船A论文Abstract 西北1。:业大学船A论文 Abstract NoWadays furniture is closely linked to people’s daily life. With the development of society and science,people have higher demands of furniture’ material, style, price and quality.0n one hand, the products’ design, manufacture,distribution and service have been perfected because of the huge dernands for furniture these years. On the other hand, competitions between manufacturers become more and more furious. The thesis which takes KeⅢandor Furniture Limited CoⅡlpany as a study object major focus on its competition strategy.
