西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第l页 捅要 f随着经济全球化的加剧，市场竞争的焦点成为企业核心竞争力的竞争。核 芯竞争力是企业多方面技能和企业运行机制的有机结合，是不同技术系统、管 理系统和技能的有机结合，是企业在特定经营环境中的竞争能力和竞争优势的 结合。企业经营战略的关键在于培养和发展企业的核心竞争力。科技型企业核 心竞争力的首要核心是知识和技术，以及产业化能力。、1／ 本文对中小型科技企业海川科技和大型科技型企业集团华信集团的核心竞 争力现状以及培育和发展过程进行了全面的分析和评价，提出科技型企业获得 市场竞争优势，关键在于培育企业的核心竞争力；同时，不同的企业应结合企 业自身的特点，建立自己的核心竞争力。论文针对海川科技和华信集团各自在 培育企业核心竞争力方面存在的不足，分别提出了相应的建议和措旅。 海川科技的核心竞争力是技术创新能力。海川科技通过组织结构重新设计， 以项目经理负责制为主线，贯穿企业七个主要职能部门，强化企业技术创新能 力。并通过对支持性基础设施作战略投资，进一步强化企业的核心竞争力。海 川科技在销售体系、企业文化建设和实施外部交易型战略方面还须进一步改进。 华信集团的核心竞争力是科技成果产业化能力。华信集团建立了自己特有 的科技成果产业化模式，通过资本运营、管理创新和市场拓展加以强化。华信 集团在总部与成员关系制度化、经营者激励以及强化科技开发等方面还须加以 完善。 在科学技术飞速发展的今天，科技型企业正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。 怎样才能拥有企业的核心竞争力，保持企业的竞争优势，是众多科技型企业关 注的首要问题。本文的观点和主张希望能够对科技型企业的发展起到一定自q参 考和借鉴作用。 关键词：科技型企业；核心竞争力 彩旒缈 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 Abst ract With the economic globalization’S speeding-up，the core competence of the enterprise becomes the foCUS of market competition．The core competence iS the integration of enterprise skills and operation mechanism，and the organic combination of technology systems，management systems，and enterprise skills．The core competence iS alSO the combination ofthe competition ability and the operation advantage of an enterprise in a certain market environment．The key of the core competence of the technology enterprise is knowledge，technology,and the abili母to industrialize knowledge． The thesis completely analyzed the actual situations and development processes of the core competences of small—middle sized technology enterprise Hai Chuan and large·sized technology enterprise Hua Xin．The thesis pointed out that developing core competence is the key for technology enterprise to gain competition advantage， and that different enterprises should build up their core competence，based on the different features of enterprises．According to tlle different disadvantages of the two enterprises，solutions were brought about respectively to help enterprises build up the core competences． The core competence of H
