旅游项目策划研究摘要 旅游项目策划研究 摘要 旅游区实现高质量的开发离不开高水平规划的指导，而高水平规划的 核心是统筹各项因素和条件。开拓性地策划设计出特色旅游项目，是衡量 规划优劣的标准，是旅游区开发建设成败的关键。 论文以研究旅游项目策划的方法论、技术路线和后评价机制为重点， 从探讨旅游规划与旅游项目策划关系出发，剖析了旅游项目与策划的关 系，深入研究了旅游项目策划的特性、原则，系统提出了旅游项目策划的 目标体系、旅游项目策划的思路、方法与步骤，并就各类型旅游区旅游项 目策划特性做了具体研究。同时提出旅游项目后评价机制，对旅游项目可 行性、操作性、科学性、前瞻性、协调性和经济效益性评估进行了全面分 析。在研究方法上，论文采用了实证分析与规范分析相结合的方法，通过 对典型案例的交叉研究，以做到从实践中提炼观点，将观点研究提升为理 论成果，再以理论成果指导实践。 论文认为，成功的旅游项目策划，应充分体现旅游项目的吸引力、震 撼力、生命力，体现以人为本、统筹协调发展理念。差异性产生吸引力， 策划就是找差异，策划的项目应彰显个性：原生态、规模化、高科技的应 用是形成项目震撼力的主要元素，在项目策划中应因地制宜巧妙运用；文 化是旅游项目的灵魂和生命，旅游项目生命力的强弱与持久，取决于项目 文化内涵和品质的高低，旅游项目策划应突出文化内涵的挖掘包装：只有 坚持和强调以人为本，统筹协调理念，旅游项目和旅游区才能实现可持续 发展目标，实现经济、社会、环境效益的和谐统一。 关键词：旅游规划 策划 旅游项目策划 后评价 THE THE RESEARCH 0N TOURISM PROJECT PLA№mNG ABSTRACT To realize high叫uailty development of tourism area cannot go without the direction of high—evel planning．And the COre of higl卜level planning is the overall planning of different factors and conditions．The tourist program with characteristics by pioneering design and planning is not only the standard to eValuate plan but also the key to the see whether the development of tourism area is successful or not． This paper focuses on the study of methodology,technical route as well as post----evaluation mechanism of tourism project planning．It starts from the discussion of relations between tourism plan and tourism project planning， analyses the relation between tourism project and planning and further studies the characteristic and prmciple of tourism project planning，putting forward its goal system，train of thought,method and steps systematically and making specific research on the project planning of different kinds of tourism area． Meanwhile，the paper raises post--cvalvation mechanism of tourist project and makes an all__]round analysis on its feasibility,operating,science。 perspective，harmony assessment and economic return．On the research approach，the author combines the real--example analyses and standard analyses together,and through cross research 011 typical ca
