0 引言 1 大方坯凝固传热数学模型
连铸过热度是保证连铸产量和铸坯质量的关键 以攀钢生产的380 mm @ 280 mm 的大方坯为研
工艺参数之一, 在生产中如果连铸钢水过热度太小, 究对象, 计算分析从结晶器弯月面开始到全凝固点
钢水 被夹杂物污染, 同时 使水口发生堵塞甚至 结束的整个过程的铸坯凝固传热情况为方便且合
冻结, 而连铸钢水过热度太大, 则使铸坯中心偏析加 理地导出铸坯的温度分布模型, 结合生产实际做出
