南京理工大学-T程硕士学位论文 南京理工大学-T程硕士学位论文 面向制药行业GMP压丸机外供料系统设计与分析 摘要 在分析胍丸机外供料系统的基础一卜，完成了如下设计与分析工作：将开放式人工 上料改造为封闭式气压定量供料，建立封闭供料体系，通过液位控制系统指导空气 压缩机工作；将棚吊式位差供料系统改造为地面封闭式气压恒量供料，建立以模具 转速指导t胶盒胶液输出与输入的动态平衡体系。分析建立了压丸机外供料系统的模 型，为试验设计打下了良好的基础。 重点分析了如明胶质量、胶液粘度、内容物特性、产品规格等关键因素对建 立供胶系统平衡的影响。在建立模型的基础上，进行可凋参数试验：对压力、速度 等参数进行特性关系分析；对设备运行进行了详尽的分析，提出了运行的保障措施 和改进意见，提高了生产效率和产品的质量。 关键词：GMP，压丸机，供料系统，参数试验 南京理工大学工程硕士学位论文 南京理工大学工程硕士学位论文 面向倦t药行业GMP压丸机外供料系统设计与分析 Abstract Based the analysis of the material—offering system of the charge pressing machine， following tasks are completed．The author changes the mode of material·offering from open artificial mode into closing barometric and fixed amount mode．A closing material-offering system is set up，and the air compressor is instrusted to work by the liquid-position control system．The author reconstructs the position—difference material—offering system of hanging canopy type iuto closing barometric and fixed amount mode，and sets up a dynamic balance system which instructs the glue—box and glue-liquid to input and output through the rotation speed．A model of extemal material—offering system of charge pressing machine is also analyzed and established， which sets up a good base for the experiment designing． External factors such as quality of glutin，viscosity of glue-liquid，characteristics of interior substance，specifications of products，are the key factors that influence the final quality of products directly indirectly，For establishing the balance of glue。offering system，the output speed of glue—liquid is determined by viscosity of glue—liquid， thickness of glue film，characteristics between interior substance and glutin as well as specifications of products，The author carries out adjustable parameter experiments on the base ofthe model；analyzes the characteristic relations ofparameters such aS pressure and speed；analyzes the operation of the system detailedly，and presents safeguard meAsures and improvement ideas，so that the production efficiency and product
