摘要黄花倒水莲(Polygala 摘要 黄花倒水莲(Polygala aureocauda Dunn．)为一民间草药，系远志 属多年生小灌木。主要分布在湖南、福建、广东、广西，具有补益、 强壮、散瘀之功效，主治虚弱虚肿、急慢性肝炎、腰腿酸痛、跌打损 伤等。研究表明劬酮类化合物是远志属药用植物中的一类重要成分； 该类化合物具有抗氧化活性，对心血管系统有良好的保护作用。 为发掘黄花倒水莲的药用价值，阐明其活性成分，本课题较为系 统地研究了该植物脂溶性部位的化学成分。黄花倒水莲干燥根经75％ 乙醇提取，浓缩后经CHCl3、EtOAc萃取。CHCl3萃取部位经反复硅 胶柱层析分离得到10个化合物(I．x)；EtOAc萃取部位经反复硅胶柱 层析得到2个化合物(xt-XII)。应用IR,trV,1HNML乃CNMR,2DNMR, MS等多种波普方法鉴定其结构为：3．羟基．1，4．二甲氧基口山酮(I)， 1，7一二羟基．2，3．亚甲二氧基D山酮(II)，7-羟基一1．甲氧基一2，3．亚N2氧 基曲酮(IlI)，1-甲氧基．2，3．亚甲二氧基d上嗣(IV)，1,3．二羟基．2-甲 氧基曲酮(V)，1，3，6一三羟基．2，7．二甲氧基以桶(Ⅵ)，1,8-二羟基-3，7- 二甲氧基汕酮(VII)，豆甾醇(VIII)，24．乙基一5，22一胆N_-烯一3-酮，(Dp 正十六烷酸。1．甘油酯(均；对羟基苯甲酸()【I)，3-0．[4一O一(a-L-鼠李吡 喃糖)_5可魏酰】-p_D．果呋喃糖．(2—1)一(4，6-二一O一苯甲酰)-a-D一葡萄吡 喃糖苷(Xli)。化合物’(I)为新化合物，化合物Ⅱ．Ⅲ及V-XI均为首 次从该植物分离得到。口山酮类化合物的生物活性在测定中。 关键词黄花倒水莲，口山酮，低聚糖多酯，植物甾醇，甘油酯 ABSTRACTPolygala ABSTRACT Polygala aureocauda Dunn．(Polygalaceae)，which distributes mainly in Hunan，Guangxi，Guangdong，Fujian provinces，is used as a tonic for the treatment of hepatitis in foik medicine．It was repo】ted that xanthones，which has anti—oxygenate and cardiovascular prective activity,were a dominant kind of constituents of those medicinal plants belonging to PoIygaIaceae． We draw our attention to the isolation of lipo—soluble chemical compounds from户aureoeauda．in order to explore the medicinal value and expound the bioactive compounds of this plant．Silica column chromatograph was employed in isolation．As a result．ten compounds (I-X)were obtained out of the CHCl3-eluted part and two ones(xI．Ⅺ11 out of the EtOAc．eluted part from the 75％ethanol extract of the dried roots of Paureocauda．On the basis of evidence of spectral data and comparison with the authentic literatures．their structures were elucidated as 3-hydroxy-l，4-dimethoxy：xanthone(I)，1,7一dihydroxy一2，3一methy7lendi一 一oyxanthone(II)，7-hydroxy—l—methoxy一2，3一methylendioxy—xanthone(III)， 1一methoxy一2，3-methylendioxyxanthone(IV)，l，3一dihydroxy-2一methoxy- xanthone(V)，l，3，6一trihydroxy一2，7一dimethoxyxanthone(VI)，l，8一dihydroxy -3，7一dimet
