摘 摘 要 壁板颤振是发生在高速飞行器上的一种典型的超音速气动弹性现象。在高超 音速飞行器的设计中,由于气动加热效应相当剧烈,壁板的热颤振问题是一个关 键的气动弹性问题。壁板颤振的发生会对飞行器结构的使用寿命、飞行器的性能 甚至飞行安全带来不利的影响。本文的目的就是对壁板的热颤振特性进行系统深 入的分析和研究,为高速飞行器的壁板结构的防颤振设计和壁板颤振抑制的研究 建立理论基础。 为此,本文首先建立了复合材料壁板热颤振的有限元模型并对受热壁板的线 性和非线性颤振特性进行了研究:最后确定了壁板的颤振边界,分析了温度、来 流速度等因素对壁板颤振特性的影响规律。 本文的研究内容包括: (1).全面综述了迄今为止国内外学者对壁板颤振的研究成果,分析总结 了壁板颤振机理和壁板颤振研究的方法。 (2).采用vorl Karman大变形应变一位移关系、基于一阶活塞理论的气动 力公式以及准定常的热应力理论建立了考虑热效应时复合材料壁板颤振的力学 模型。 (3).使用三结点三角形Mindlin板单元(MIN3单元)推导了壁板热颤振 的有限元方程。由于MIN3单元计及了壁板的横向剪切效应,因此这种壁板颤振 分析方法不仅可以针对薄板,而且可以针对具有中等厚度的复合材料层合板。 (4).编制了壁板颤振分析的有限元程序,采用Newmark方法在时域中求 解了壁板的线性颤振方程,确定了壁板的颤振边界,分析了温度对壁板颤振边界 的影响。 (5).通过对非线性壁板颤振方程的时域求解。研究了壁板的极限环颤振 特性,得到了温度、气流速度等因素对非线性壁板颤振特性的影响规律。 关键词:壁板颤振,极限环颤振,热效应,复合材料层台板 AbstractPanel Abstract Panel flutter is a classical supersonic aeroelastie phenomenon that is usually accompanied by temperature elevation on the outer skin of high—speed aerospace vehicles.This phenomenon always leads to fatigue failure of the skin panels and has harmful influence on the fli【ght perfermance and even flight safety.The aim of this thesis is to analyze the panel flutter mechanism and establish a mechanical model for panel flutter analysis and this work is the basis ofpanel flutter control studies. At first,the finite element formulafton is presented to determine the flutter characteristics of laminated panels at elevated temperature.Then both the linear and nonlinear panel flutter characteristics are analyzed.The panel flutter boundaries are finally determined and the effect of temperature,airflow speed,etc,on the panel flutter characteristics is analyzed. The contents ofthis t11esis are as felllows: (1).The research activities of panel flutter are summarized comprehensively. The mechanism ofpanel flutter and the analysis method ofpanel flutter are described in details. (2).The mechanical model of panel flutter considering thermal effect is established by the use of yon Karman large deflection strain-displacement formulations,quasi—steady first-order pisto
