中阳海洋大学坝L论文 中阳海洋大学坝L论文 螺旋藻和节旋藻营养成分的比较研究 螺旋藻和节旋藻营养成分的比较研究 论文摘要 本文对三株节旋藻SM，s8，s6—2及一株螺旋藻FACHB351的主要营养成 分，生长以及形态结构进行了比较研究，结果表明： 四株藻的总糖含量差别不大，含量为12％-18％，其中 S8SMS6．2FACHB351；光合色素含量也比较接近，色素总量分布在90—120 (mg／g d．W)之间，光合色素总量FACHB351$6—2$8SM。四株藻 (s8，$6-2，FACHB351，无棣产藻粉)的氨基酸总量存在较大差异，无棣产藻粉和 螺旋藻FACHB35l明显高于节旋藻S8和$6-2。四株藻(S8，S6—2，FACHB351，无 棣产藻粉)的脂肪酸组成中，螺旋藻FACHB351的单不饱和脂肪酸C16：l百分 含量明显高于其它三株藻，达到34．14％：节旋藻S8GLA的相对含量最高。 四株藻在实验室一次性培养中的生长曲线比较类似，比生长速率略有差异， 比生长速率FACHB351$6—2$8SM。四株藻生长过程中PH值以及B一胡萝h 素和叶绿素a含量的变化曲线也相差不大。最终生物量也相差不大，比较而言， 螺旋藻FACHB351最高。 四株藻在光镜和电镜下的形态结构存在较大差异，螺旋藻FACHB351的形 态结构明显不同与另外三株节旋藻，在扫描电镜下三株节旋藻都能看到明显分 节，而螺旋藻FACHB351未观察到。 关键词：螺旋藻节旋藻扫描电镜氨基酸脂肪酸光合色素 中国海洋人学倾～t论文 中国海洋人学倾～t论文 螺旋藻和节旋藻营养成分的比较研究 Comparison studies on the nutrition composition of Spirulina and Arthrospira Abstract In the present paper，the difference of the major nutrition composition，growth and shape among three kind of arthrospira(SM S8 S6—21 and one kind of spirulina(FACHB351)has been studied，the results show： There have little difference on the total carboh)7drate content of four kind of algae，their contents are 12％一18％，moreover,the total carbohydrate content S8SMS6．2FACHB35 1；there are also more resemble in the content of photosynthetic pigment，the total content of pigment is 90-129(mg／g d．w)，however, the content FACHB351$6—2$8SM．There have more significantly difference of total amino acid content among four kind ofalgae(FACHB351、S8、S6—2、spirulina of wudi)，the content of spirulina FACHB35 1 and the spirulina of wudi is obviously higher than the content of arthrospira S8 and arthrospira S6—2．AS far as the fatty acid composition ofthe four kind ofalgae(FACHB351，S8，S6—2，spirulina ofwudi)is concemed，the percentage ofunsaturated fatty acid(C16：1)ofspirulina FACHB351 is obviously higher than the other three algae．it is 34．1 4％ There are more resemble
