℃46soo々提要 ℃46soo々 提要 本研究运用黄连益胃灵治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter polyri简称 HP)相关性慢性浅表性胃炎(Chronic Superficial Gastritis简称CSG)， 并从理论、实验、临床方面对其进行了初步研究和探讨。研究表明：湿 热阻胃，胃气虚弱是HP相关性CSG的重要病机。据此拟定清热祛湿、 益气和胃的治法，采用我院消化内科长期应用的有效验方黄连益胃灵进 行临床研究。经对80例HP相关性CSG患者进行系统临床观察，证明 黄连益胃灵能有效改善患者的临床症状，改善胃粘膜炎症，有效抑杀HP， 其临床治疗的总有效率为88．O％，对胃粘膜炎症改善的有效率为90．0％， 明显优于对照组(丽珠得乐加痢特灵组)，P0．05，同时，本药对HP 的根除率为56．0％，与对照组相比无显著性差异《对照组为60．O％)．实 验研究发现：该药具有抑菌、提商机体免疫力作用，可促进胃粘膜损伤 的修复。电镜观察，发现治疗后HP细胞壁有破坏现象。该药经临床和 实验证实，无明显毒副作用，口服安全可靠。 主题词：慢性浅表性胃炎 黄连益胃灵 幽门螺杆菌 ～一，7 Clinical Clinical and Experimental Reseach for Huang Lian Yi Wei Ling in Treating Helicobacter Polyri Correlative Chronic Superficial Gastritis Speciality：Science offormula Student：PanXiangXue Tutor：LiuChiNian ABSTRACT In this study，Huang Lian Yi Wei Lin【g(HLYWL)teblet was used to treat Helicobacter pylori(HP)correlative chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)and its therapeutic mechanism was investigated in theoretic，experimental and clinical domains． This study revealed that retention of dampness·heat in the stomach and deficiency of stomachli were the important pathogenesis of CSG．According to this，the therapy of clearing away pathogenic dampness—heat，supplementing the stomach．qi and regulating the stomach WaS formulated．HLYWL．which was applied in our department of digestive internal medicine for long term，was researched in this study From the systematically clinical observation of 80 cases with CSG．we detected that HLYWL could improve the clinical symtoms and mucosal inflammation．inhibit and kill HP effectively．The total curative effects of HLYWL On CSG was 88．O％．mucosal inflammation improving rates was 90．0％， which were significantly higher than those of the control group(treated with colloidal bismuth subcitrate capsules and farazolidone)，p0．05，respectively．The HP．eradicating rates of experimental group WaS 56．0％．while that of the control group was 60．O％．there was no significant difference between the two groups． Experimental study showed that HLYWL had the effect
