由东大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 由东大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT The conflict between the trade liberalization and the environment protection get its summit in the 90’S，20 century．And it attracts the attention from all over the world．Obviously, economy globalization and the environment problems CO—exit．On the one hand，some important intemational environmental treaties(also named multilateral environment agreements)confirm that trade—restrict methods be taken to realize its environment goal．And on the other hand：the methods one country takes to protect its interval environment often have bad effect on the trade relationship between this country and other countries+And the development countries aCCUSe that the old economic system charged by the development countries damage their development goal and it goes against their environment protection， while the developed countries damn that the lower standards on environment protection and the most quickly increasing population in the developing countries go against the environment protection and it gets extra trade advantages and profits．With the development of trade globalization，economy in the world is raised rapidly．While，the environment around as is damaged seriously．And many countries improve their economy on expense of their nature resources。So，the conflict between the trade and the environment is sharply outstanding， Many intemational organizations are engaging in the resolving of this conflict．GATT is the first temporary institution，and the later WTO is now the only and the most authoritative international organization． This theme consists of four chapters．The first chapter acts aS the preface of this whole theme，in this chapter,the situmion of the trade liberalization and the appearance of the environment problems are depicted．There are many data and statistic about trade and environment，in order to give readers a remarkable comparison between the two results of the economy development and the environment damage．And get the conclusion：t
